Cascadia Armament Design QDSP Mod1
Last December we had the AR-15 rifle from our 2010 Precision Rifle Raffle on display at a local gun show. One of the people who stopped by our table asked me if I was familiar with Cascadia Armament Design and their aftermarket Quick Disconnect Sling Plate upgrades for the Magpul PRS Stock. This was the first time I had head about the product so I wrote myself a note and checked it out when I got home.
In a nutshell, this product adds the ability to use QD connectors on your PRS stock by replacing the standard sling plates with a modified plate. The QDSP Mod1 maintains a low profile and the same kind of round corners as the stock PRS sling plates. They are precision CNC machined using billet 6061-T6 aluminum and have a Type III anodized coating for years of use.

I have these on my PRS… Great product and very friendly company to order from. If you have a PRS and need to attach a sling, this is the way to go….
Do you screw in a stud or does it work like a flush cup?
