The new Springfield Armory XDS is a sub-compact single stack .45 pistol. If you’ve been looking for a reliable subcompact and thin .45 for deep concealed or pocket carry, this is the gun you’ve been waiting for. Considering that this is a polymer gun, this thing is a lot easier to shoot than I imagined. Dare I say it’s even comfortable shot shoot? I fully expect the new 5+1 capacity XDS to be a big seller this year.

The only reason I don’t carry my original XD more is because it’s a little wide.
