2010 GSSF Pistol Purchase Program

Did you know that a Glock Sport Shooting Foundation membership costs only $35.00 for the first year and renews at only $25.00?  Better yet, are you also aware that as a member,  you can buy up to 2 Glock pistols at a discounted rate each year?2010 GSSF Pistol Purchase ProgramIt seems that many people were not aware of the second gun option but if you continue to read, you will find out how it’s done.

Glock has also done away with the delay caused by having to wait for your annual certificate which allows the once a year discount rate for the first Glock pistol.  Now all you have to do is figure out which Glock you want, contact Glock to locate a participating dealer, then present your GSSF Membership Card during the purchase.  No more waiting on certificate turn around time!

Here’s some additional information directly from the GSSF.

“A question we often hear is: “What do I get for the $35 I paid for joining GSSF, or the $25 I pay for annual membership renewals?”

The biggest single benefit is to allow you to attend the GSSF matches themselves. There are about three dozen of these per year, nationwide, at outdoor venues. Prizes at an average outdoor match amount to 9 firearms and $2,800 in cash awards. The larger the match, the larger the number of and greater the quality of the awards.

There are also about one hundred eighty indoor three-match series nationwide per year. These are held at Glock Stocking Dealers who also run indoor shooting ranges. Firearm and other Glock item awards are also a feature of these matches.

Your initial membership package will include a copy of the Glock Annual magazine, a GSSF hat, a copy of the Glock Report detailing the GSSF program itself, and several other promotional items.

GSSF members may purchase one new-in-the-box Glock firearm per year from Glock’s network of Law Enforcement distributors. These arms are priced at preferential prices.

As a GSSF member you are allowed access to the basic Glock Armorers class. As a Glock owner, this teaches you how to detail strip and maintain your Glock collection. GSSF members who attend these classes may also purchase a new Glock firearm at preferential prices, in addition to the annual firearm available due to their membership.

GSSF is affiliated with the Civilian Marksmanship Program. The CMP makes World-War II-era military long guns and ammunition for them available to those eligible to purchase them at preferential prices.

We hope to see you at a GSSF match soon!”

Just FYI instead of bombarding Glock with phone calls…. New Frontier Armory is the west coast leader in enrolling GSSF members right here in the store. It only takes about 3 minutes to do.

We have enrolled 349 members so far this year and we’re expecting to exceed the 365 mark over this weekends Grand Re-Opening party.

Its a great program, and like stated in the post has a TON of member benefits, one of the best being getting a Glock at the Public Safety price. We can even do that instantly when you sign up in store.
