George Syrengelas – Surefire
Surefire, who has long since been known for their tactical flashlights and sound suppressors, is now entering the high capacity magazine market. Their new .223 AR mags offer 60 and 100 round capacities in a new quad stack formation. George Syrengelas tells us that the 60 count product weighs in about 4oz less than two 30 rounders strapped together and is a considerably smaller configuration as well.
The SF-MAG5-60 and SF-MAG5-100 or scheduled to start shipping this March and we plan to run them through a series of tests including full auto 100 round mag dumps and durability testing.
